This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 10th day of December 2008 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Gregg A. Saretsky (“Executive”), an individual, and Alaska Airlines, Inc. (“Alaska”), an Alaska corporation that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alaska Air Group, Inc. (“AAG”), a Delaware corporation.
