THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as October 7, 2008, by and among FIRST SAVINGS FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., an Indiana corporation (the “Corporation”), FIRST SAVINGS BANK, FSB, a federally-chartered savings bank and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the “Bank”), and JOHN P. LAWSON, JR. (the “Executive”). The Corporation and the Bank are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually and together as the “Employer.”
