THIS AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of May, 2008, by and between Catena Oil & Gas LLC, a Texas limited liability company (herein sometimes called the “General Partner”), and EFS O&G, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (herein sometimes called the “Limited Partner”).
