This Change of Control Severance Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of January 28, 2008, by and between Guerrino De Luca (the “Employee”) and Logitech Inc., a California corporation (the “Company”), and Logitech International S.A., a Swiss corporation (the “Parent”).
