This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of November 16, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Arbinet-thexchange, Inc. a Delaware corporation with its headquarters located in New Brunswick, New Jersey (the “Employer”), and William M.
