(the “Holding Company”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its office at 611 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey, Pamrapo Savings Bank, S.L.A. (the “Bank”), a who11y-owned subsidiary of the Holding Company, and Margaret Russo (“Executive”).
