THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT is dated as of the 18th day of October, 2007 (this “First Amendment” or this “Amendment”), and entered into among MEDIA GENERAL, INC., a Virginia corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders signatory hereto, and THE BANK OF TOKYO-MITSUBISHI UFJ, LTD., NEW YORK BRANCH, individually and as Administrative Agent (in such latter capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
