WHEREAS, in consideration for Learning Tree International’s employment and continued employment of Charles R. (Bob) Waldron (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”), Learning Tree International (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and Employee desire to enter into this Agreement to set forth the terms and conditions of such employment effective August 29, 2007.
