THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED SALARY CONTINUATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is adopted this 31st day of July, 2007, by and between GREER STATE BANK, a state-chartered commercial bank located in Greer, South Carolina (the “Company”), and J. RICHARD MEDLOCK, JR. (the “Executive”) and is effective as of the 1st day of January, 2005.
