INVESTMENT SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT, made as of the 28th day of February, 2007, (the “Effective Date”) by and among Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a fraternal benefit society organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (“Adviser”), Thrivent Series Fund, Inc. a Minnesota corporation (“Fund”), and Mercator Asset Management, L.P., a limited partnership organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Sub-adviser”).
