AGREEMENT dated as of the 3rd day of April 2007 between Herbert J Zarkin, whose address is P.O. Box 1539, Framingham, Massachusetts 01701 (“Executive”), and BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc., a Delaware corporation, whose principal office is One Mercer Road, Natick, Massachusetts (“Employer” or “Company”).
