Party A and Party B (hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”) have entered into this employment contract (“Contract”) on the basis of equal, voluntary and mutual consultation and negotiation and in accordance with the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations. This Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2007, is made and entered into by and between AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business at Zhongdian Information Tower, No. 6 Zhongguancun South Street, Beijing, People’s Republic of China (the “Company”), and Eileen Chu, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (the “Executive”).
