This Manufacturing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 31st day of March, 2005 by and between Barrier Therapeutics, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal place of business at 600 College Road East, Princeton, New Jersey 08540 (hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) and DPT Laboratories, Ltd., a Texas Limited Partnership with a place of business at 307 East Josephine Street, San Antonio, Texas 78215 (hereinafter referred to as “DPT”).
