THIS LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, this “Agreement”) made this 28th day of February, 2007 by and among (i) LASALLE BUSINESS CREDIT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (in its individual capacity, “LaSalle”), having an office at 135 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603-4105, as agent (in such capacity as agent, “Agent”) for the lenders from time to time a party hereto (“Lenders”), (iii) all other Lenders, (iv) OMNI ENERGY SERVICES CORP., a Louisiana corporation, having its principal place of business at 4500 N.E.
