This AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT dated as of the Effective Date, between SILICON VALLEY BANK (“Bank”), whose address is 3003 Tasman Drive, Santa Clara, California 95054 with a loan production office located at 4110 Carillon Point, Kirkland, Washington 98033 and DRUGSTORE.COM, INC. (“Borrower”), whose address is 13920 SE Eastgate Way, Suite 300, Bellevue, Washington 98005 provides the terms on which Bank will lend to Borrower and Borrower will repay Bank.
