THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into in St. Louis, Missouri, by and between SAVVIS, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at St. Louis, Missouri, and Jonathan Crane, of Hanover, New Hampshire (the “Executive”), effective as of the 29th day of March, 2006 (the “Effective Date”).
