This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of January 31, 2006, and effective as of January 1, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), between David Fallon, whose address is 1751 Mill Ct., Lake Orion, MI 48360 (“Employee” and/or “Fallon”) and Noble International, Ltd., a Delaware corporation whose address is 28213 Van Dyke Avenue, Warren, Michigan 48903 (the “Company”).
