This RESTRICTED STOCK AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of the day of , is entered into by and between American Land Lease, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and an employee of the Company (the “Grantee” and, together with the Company, the “Parties”).
