THIS LOAN AGREEMENT, dated as of September , 2005 (as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented, extended or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), between LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB, a federal stock savings bank, having an address at 1000 West Street, Suite 200, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, individually and as Agent for one or more Co-Lenders (“Lender”) and the undersigned borrowers listed on the signature pages hereto, each of the foregoing having an office at 4501 N.
