(“HTCC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America (HTCC and its subsidiaries are hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and Jan Mulder, having an address at H-1029 Budapest, Feketefej u. 15., Hungary (the “Executive”).
