THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 11th day of April, 2001 by and between STATE FARM LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, an Illinois corporation (the “Company”), on its own behalf and on behalf of the segregated asset accounts of the Company set forth on Schedule A attached hereto (each, an “Account”; collectively, the “Accounts”), STATE FARM VARIABLE PRODUCT TRUST, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”), and STATE FARM VP MANAGEMENT CORP., a Delaware corporation (“SFVPMC”).
