INVESTMENT SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT, made as of the 30th day of June, 2005, (the “Effective Date”) by and among Thrivent Investment Management Inc., a fraternal benefit society organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (“Adviser”), Thrivent Mutual Trusts, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota (“Trust”), and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P., a limited partnership organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Sub-adviser”).
