THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 24th day of January, 2005, between 7-Eleven, Inc., a Texas corporation (“7-Eleven,” “Company,” or “Employer”), and Gary R. Rose (“Executive”). 7-Eleven and Executive may hereinafter be referred to jointly as “the Parties.”
