AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of June 11, 2004 (this “Agreement”), among LBI MEDIA, INC., THE GUARANTORS PARTY HERETO, THE LENDERS PARTY HERETO, and CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON, as Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger.
