UNDERWRITING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made this 1st day of January, 1991, by and between MONY Series Fund, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Fund”), and MONY Securities Corp. (the “Distributor”), a New York corporation, and The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (“the Company”), a mutual life insurance company organized in New York, on its own behalf and on behalf of MONY Variable Account A (the “Variable Account”).
