We are pleased to notify you that Community Bancorp Inc. (the “Company”) hereby grants to you an option to purchase any or all of shares of the Common Stock of the Company (the “Shares”) at the exercise price of $ per Share (the “Exercise Price”) pursuant to the Company’s 2003 Stock Option Plan (the “Plan”). This Agreement is subject to all the provisions of the Plan, and any term defined in the Plan and used herein with capitalized initials shall have the meaning given it in the Plan.
