INSURING AGREEMENT: We issue this policy in consideration of your application and the payment of the Initial Premium. We agree to pay the death Proceeds to the Beneficiary upon receiving proof that the Insured has died while this policy is in force and before the Maturity Date. We agree to pay the maturity Proceeds to you if the Insured is living on the Maturity Date.
