This Agreement between Vyteris, Inc. (“Vyteris”) and Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings and its subsidiaries, (“LabCorp”) is entered into effective as of June 5, 2007 and sets forth the terms and conditions upon which Vyteris and LabCorp will work together on the marketing of Vyteris’s LidoSiteÒ product (the “Product”) to certain markets as further described herein.
