THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 21st day of August, 2006, by and among ALBANY BANK & TRUST, National Association (the “Bank”), a national bank; COMMUNITY CAPITAL BANCSHARES, INC., a bank holding company incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “Company”) (collectively, the Bank and the Company are referred to hereafter as the “Employer”), and JOHN H. MONK, JR., a resident of the State of Georgia (the “Employee”).
