THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (this “Agreement”), dated June 15, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is executed by and between GreenBox POS, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and Vista Capital Investments, LLC (“Vista”).
