THIS CHANGE OF CONTROL ADDENDUM TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Addendum”) is made and entered into as of the 30th day of January, 2018, by and between Medizone International, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Jude P. Dinges (“Executive” or “you”).

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of January 30, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Medizone International, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Jude P. Dinges, a resident of the State of Georgia (“Executive”).
