THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered by and between Fuse Processing, Inc, 444 E Huntington Dr. #105, Arcadia, CA 91006 (the "Customer" or “Company”) AND Brilliant Star Investment Inc, 2012 Paseo Del Mar, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274 (the "Consultant , Strategist") on January 4, 2017 and shall take effect immediately.
