This CONFIDENTIAL SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (this “Subscription Agreement”) is dated as of the 13th day of November 2014, between 6D Global Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with principal offices at 17 State Street, Suite 450, New York, New York 10004 (the “Company”) and the person or persons listed and signing on the signature page hereto (the “Subscriber”).
