THIS ASSET AND FRANCHISE AGREEMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on August 15, 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between The Joint Corp., a Delaware corporation (“TJC”), Well Adjusted Ventures, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Seller”), and Jim Burbach, an individual (the “Shareholder”).
