This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of this 24th day of June, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Colony Bank (the “Employer”), a Georgia Bank and wholly-owned subsidiary of Colony Bankcorp, Inc.
