THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 7, 2017, by and between Varonis Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Guy Melamed (“Executive”), to be effective on the Effective Date (as defined below). Where the context permits, references to “the Company” shall include the Company and any successor of the Company.
