This Asset Purchase Agreement is entered into on February 15, 2016, by and among: Gulf Coast Billing, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Seller”), Rhonda Roberts-Turner (the “Shareholder”) and Medical Transcription Billing, Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Purchaser”). Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Exhibit “A”.
