THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 7, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Varonis Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Eric Mann (“Executive”), to be effective on the Effective Date (as defined below). Where the context permits, references to “the Company” shall include the Company and any successor of the Company.
