This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 1, 2014, by and between Community Bank (the “Bank”) and Barron P. McCune, Jr. (“Executive”), and shall take effect as of the Effective Date (as defined below in Section 18). Any reference to the “Company” means CB Financial Services, Inc., the stock holding company of the Bank.
