THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Hospira Worldwide, Inc. (“Hospira”) and United-Guardian, Inc. (“United-Guardian”), (collectively, “the Parties”).
