Greenwich Capital Acceptance, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), proposes to sell to Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc. (the “Underwriter”), its HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1 Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates in the classes and respective original principal amounts and designations set forth in Schedule I hereto (the “Offered Certificates”). Only the Offered Certificates are being purchased by the Underwriter hereunder. This Reconstituted Servicing Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this 1st day of April, 2003, by and among GREENWICH CAPITAL FINANCIAL PRODUCTS, INC. (the “Owner”), GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, as servicer (the “Servicer”), and acknowledged by WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, National Association, as master servicer (the “Master Servicer”) and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as trustee (the “Trustee”) of the HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1 (the “Trust Fund”), created under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (defined below).
