THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered into as of May 30, 2008, by and between AMBASSADORS GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Borrower"), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ("Bank").
