THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 28th day of August, 2013, by and between MUTUAL FUND SERIES TRUST, formerly known as CATALYST FUNDS, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Eventide Gilead Fund and Eventide Healthcare and Life Sciences Fund (each a “Fund” and together the “Funds”), each a series of the Trust, and Eventide Asset Management, LLC (the “Advisor”), the advisor of the Funds.
