This Amended and Restated Management Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated as of November 20, 2019, and effective as of November 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Contango ORE, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CORE”) and Juneau Exploration, L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“JEX”). CORE and JEX may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
