This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of April 12, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between REVLON CONSUMER PRODUCTS CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“RCPC” and, together with its parent Revlon, Inc. ("Revlon") and its subsidiaries, the "Company"), and Juan R. Figuereo (the "Executive").
