This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of May 20, 2019 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Protalix Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”) and Mr. Dror Bashan, Israel Identification No. 22945729 (the “Employee” or "Dror") (each of the Company and Employee shall be referred to herein, as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
