This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 27th day of March, 2019 by and between ADRIANO DUARTE, an individual residing at 1 Vultee Drive, Florham Park, New Jersey 07932 (the “Employee”), SB ONE BANK, a New Jersey state chartered commercial bank with its principal place of business located at 100 Enterprise Drive, Suite 700, Rockaway, New Jersey, 07866 (the "Bank"), and SB ONE BANCORP, a New Jersey corporation with its principal place of business located at 100 Enterprise Drive, Suite 700, Rockaway, New Jersey, 07866 (the "Company"). The Bank and the Company are sometimes collectively referred to herein as "Employer".
