THIS SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 15th day of March, 2019, by and between Lumber Liquidators Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Timothy Mulvaney (the “Employee”).
