This Strategic Partnership Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Oncobiologics, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 7 Clarke Drive, Cranbury, New Jersey 08512 USA (“Oncobiologics”), and MTTR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a principal place of business at [***] (“MTTR”), is effective as of February 15, 2018 (the “Effective Date”).
