THIS AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of December 14, 2018 by and among QUAKER CHEMICAL CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Company”), certain Subsidiaries of the Company party hereto (each a “Designated Borrower” and, together with the Company, the “Borrowers” and, each a “Borrower”), each lender party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
